Ghee Boiler
    • Purpose: To manufacture Ghee from Cream / Butter using steam as heating media.
    • Design Parameters: Heating Medium: Live Steam Of 3.0 Kg / Sq.Cm.
    • Constructional Features: Type: Tripple walled & insulated, Cylindrical body with hemispherical bottom.Inner Shell S.S.316 / 6.0 mm thickIntermediate shell M.S. / 6.0 mm thickOuter Shell S.S. 304 / 2.0 mm thick.

 

 

  • Insulation: Glass wool of 100 mm thick in between the outer shell and intermediate shell.
  • Agitator: Scraper type, with vertical mounting geared motor of suitable R.P.M.
  • Product Inlet: Dia 38 mm SMS with union located at top.
  • Product Outlet: Side outlet: dia 38 mm sms plug valve. Bottom outlet : dia 51mm sms plug valve.
  • Steam Inlet & Outlet: Will be provided with flange and counterflange out side the outer shell.
  • Airvent & Saftey Valve:It will be provided at the top most point of the steam jacket.
  • Thermowell: 3 / 4 inch B.S.P.[F], Thermometer (optional), 4" dial, stem type , 0 —150 range.Legs :4 nos. with foot flanges.Covers : Bi - sectional, removable type Testing
