The unit mainly comprises of more positive displacement filling pumps actuated by an eccentric shaft which is driven by means of a 1 H.P. electric motor through a reduction gear-box and V- belt pulley arrangement. The filling pump is made of stainless steel and is fitted with pumping plunger made of teflon rings. The main body is fabricated out of Stainless steel . All other important contact parts are of stainless steel.

Potato peeling machine (Potato Peeler) is made out of aluminum casting body as per our standard design and has complete S.S. construction. Having a fresh water inlet and waste outlet, it has an abrasive stone for peeling purpose. It is provided with three bearings that enable free revolving of the abrasive quoted rotating disc that is mounted on a rust proof vertical shaft. A 0.5HP single phase electric motor is used to rotate the disc.
Pressure extrusion plodder for extrusion of soap bar under pressure generated by rotating single / pair of aluminum silicone worms in barrel. The barrels are fabricated from stainless steel plate and are jacketed extensively for passing of cold water.A stainless steel noodle plate with rotating shredder is provided at the mouth of the top barrel whereas a stainless steel cast cone is provided at the mouth of the bottom barrel which is equipped with heater, thermostat and temperature indicator. An inter connecting chamber connects the two barrels. The drive comprises of an AC electric motor and reduction gear box.The frame is of mild steel and the plodder is guarded for safety.
The unit is an all purpose sifter used for separation of different sizes of particles existing in powder or granules. Efficient separation is ensured by gyratory motion imparted to each individual particle through an unbalanced fly wheel driven by 2 H.P. motor standard make. The unit is also portable so that it can be moved around for the efficient functioning within the department. All contact parts are made of SS 304 Quality highly polished material and are easily dismantleable to ensure proper cleaning so that the contamination does not take place. An extremely simple arrangement is provided in the fly wheel to increase or decrease vibration.
