This configuration with KKE TW610 is a Portable Tire Wash configuration. It has a single segment of 4m length which is a suitable distance that can be cover one full rotation of the truck. The water jets from bottom and sides loosen the dirt and wash the tires of the Truck. This Bay is made of Galvanised Steel to ensure the long life.

The system has water collection system to transfer the collected water to a nearby collection tank. On both entry and exit of washing bay, zinc protected Ramps which are fixed in the concrete by Anchor bolts. The structure has a slope of 1:10 ratio. An Entry & Exit ramps are skid proof made with heavy galvanised steel sections.

A steel Collection tank of capacity 1000 Liters / 265 gallons(US), is provided to collect the water from the Tyre Wash Bay. A submersible pump is used to pump the water from this tank to the above ground tank. We have seen our customers washing up to 30 trucks per hour in such Tyre wash configuration. 20kl Tank is preferred for lightweight dirt like coal, etc.

The Settling tank is basically used for collection of water, where slit is removed by Backhoe. The settling tanks have three chambers and the pumps provided in the last chamber of the tank.

12m Conveyor to wash approximately 20 - 30 cars per hour. This is a suggestive configuration. You can configure KKE Gamma Conveyor Car Wash Equipment as per your specific requirements. You can add or remove systems to cater to your local requirements.
Any requirement of approximately 10 cars per hour or more during the peak hours should consider a conveyorised car wash option. The KKE Gamma series has a robust conveyor and is hot dip galvanised for long life.
