KOSCARB--Mill Biocides
Sugarcane juice processed is an excellent medium for the growth of many types of microorganisms. These include bacteria and fungi capable of degrading of sucrose in the production process. We have the solution to reduce the biological growth of such microorganisms.
KOSCARB- (Di-Thiocarbamate Base (40%)-DTH )
KOSCARB Mill biocides are highly efficient micro biocide formulated with food-grade additives which control sucrose loss and minimise bacterial growth such as Leuconostic Species. Prevention of accumulation of gums and smiles, Reduces the purity drop and results in better sucrose yield. Reduces the dextran formation results in improved overall factory operation.
Recommended Doses- 7-8ppm
KOSQUAT (Quaternary Ammonium Base -QAC)
KOSQUAT Mill biocides are non-oxidising biocides which can effectively reduce bacteria and fungi-like microorganisms. It prevents purity drops in the cane juice due to sucrose loss by inversion and also helps in controlling slime and bad odour.
Recommended Doses-5-6 ppm
Benefits:
Sugarcane muddy juice is low temperature, low purity and contains all solid impurities causing a higher rate of purity drop in filtrate juice. This purity drop can be reduced by applying sanitation, rising filtrate juice temperature and dosing mud biocide.
KOSZACT Mud biocides are non-oxidising biocides which can effectively reduce bacteria and fungi-like microorganisms. It prevents purity drops in the filtrate juice due to sucrose loss by inversion and also helps in controlling slime and bad odour.
Recommended Doses-4-5 ppm
