diamond manifest we are ready and able to supply you with rough uncut diamonds of very fine clarity, we require end buyers presence for a preliminary test at the geological survey department before any shipment could be effectuated. In a situation whereby the buyer is not able to travel to meet the seller; buyer is requested to send his representative to test and control the diamonds on his behalf and arrange shipment to the buyers destination with representative to travel with the buyers. Preliminary test report is issued by the geological survey department under the ministry of mineral resources.
