Details :
- Milk Pasteurization temperature control will be automatic
- Flow will be diverted automatically with alarm if temperature is below the pasteurization temperature
- Sequencing of production, sanitization and CIP will be manual
- Detergent addition in the balance tank and concentration monitoring will be manual
- CIP flow rate will be approximately 1.2 times of the product flow rate
Construction :
- Balance tank – Capacity 50 Liters, MOC SS304, with float and top cover & three legs. 01 No
- Feed Pump – Centrifugal pump, all wetted parts in SS316, SMS connections with single shaft seal with motor of standard make, 01 No.
- Flow controller – Mechanical Flow controller to control the product flow rate. MOC SS 304 with unions at both ends. 01 No.
- Plate heat exchanger- PHE pasteurizer will be designed considering the CIP clean ability and keeping the CIP flow requirement which should be near to the product flow rate, 01 no.
- Holding tube – Holding tube will be designed for specified holding time considering the CIP clean ability and fastest particle velocity. MOCSS304. Holding tube will be made up of standard pipes and standard fittings to match the internal surfaces get the best hygienic construction.
- Hot water generation system – Hot water system will be PHE based and will house an expansion chamber and other safety devices to take care of the volume expansion and increased pressure making the complete operational safety.
- Automatic flow diversion Valve : Sanitary remote controlled valve. Standard make with wetted parts is SS304 01 NO.
- Interconnecting pipes and fittings : All wetted pipes and fittings are SS 304 to make the internal welding surfaces smooth and hygienic. 01 Lot
It consists of the following components :
- PHE with SS304/0.6mm plates, imported EPDM gaskets and MS painted frame
- Hot water manual control valve
- Valve to control the hot water flow as and when required
- Expansion chamber to take care of volume increase of hot water in the system
- Safety valve, to let excess water from system and maintain required pressure
- Air vent, to vent air from the hot water system as it will disturb the temperature control
- Pneumatically controlled steam control valve with I/P convertor and air filter/ pressure regulator
- Water make up valve, to initially fill the system, internals in SS 304
- Steam trap, Float type
- Centrifugal pump all wetted parts in SS316, SMS connections with single shaft seal with motor of standard make, 01 No.
Control Panel – MOC SS304, Duly prewired and tested and consists of following instruments and controls :
- Temperature indicating controller
- Alarm/hooter with reset switch to announce diversion valve
- 04 nos. start/stop push buttons with indication lamps for process pump and motors
- 01 no. On/Off lockable switch with indicating lamp for incoming supply from Mains
