The product derived from fresh, sound ripe, Yellow Papaya fruit. Product prepared by thermal treatment to render it Commercially sterile and completely free from any additives and any pathogens. The preparation process includes washing, cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product, the puree is sterilized and packed in sterilized aseptic bags. Papaya Puree Concentrate is then packed in aseptic bag or drums. Also, the de-aerated Papaya puree concentrate has more hygienic and has a better shelf life as it can retain even small amounts of ascorbic acid in it. With the quality ensured.
