The Platelet Agitator features the uniquely designed rack with high ventilation capability to allow oxygen flow to the platelets. Smooth sliding stainless steel trays are provided which can be removed for cleaning as well as forplacing of the bags. Cabinet Construction and Refrigeration System
The chamber cabinet comes insulated with an optimized high-density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. The interior of the chamber is made with mirror finish surface of stainless Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick) and the exterior with white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) mild steel. The door has a systematic magnetic door gasket with a single keyed door lock. The stainless steel trays are provided for storage inside. The perfect cooling is achieved by a hermetically sealed compressor unit of premium quality. Complete stainless steel GMP models (Inside SS 316 with mirror finished and outside. SS 304) is also manufactured by us.
Our Bio safety Cabinets are designed to provide both a clean work environment and protection to operators who work with biological hazards. It has vertrical laminar airflow to create a work area free of airborne particles and micro organisms and also to prevent these particles from flowing into the operator. High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are used to provide clean air in the work area as well as to the environment through exhaustive HEPA filter. The air in the cabinet is re-circulated over the work area through the HEPA filter.
