Vibrating feeders are used to convey and extract material from hoppers and bins at a controlled rate. These units are suited to both heavy duty and abrasive applications, when supplied with appropriate surface coatings and liners. The feeders can be installed with either hanging or foot mounted suspensions or a combination of both.

• All kwality Convenyors feeders are engineered to meet the application requirements and are available in trough and tube models for light, medium and heavy duty applications.
• The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate.
• Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

Mechanical ash handling involves use of Screw Conveyors, SHR/UHR Grade Belt Conveyors and where the temperatures are high a submerge conveyor is used which directly discharged the ash on Ground/ Trolley. Ash conveyed through Submerge conveyor cant be stored in silo, However ash conveyed through screw conveyor and Belt conveyors are collectively transferred to the silo.
