Kymik Hopper Bottom Silos are fabricated to store grains, seeds, legumes, pellets and other farm products that require special storage conditions. The product that is stored inside stays off the ground to prevent moisture and lower the possibility of breakage. The hoppers have a 45° conical bottom to allow the total emptying by gravity. The support legs and frame are galvanized (Z600 or hot-dip galvanized). The inner ventilation in the hopper bottom silos are made up of highly-resistance perforated metal cylinders. The number and position on the silo cone guarantee even air distribution in the stored grain mass.

Kymik Flat Bottom Silos are designed and constructed in accordance to ASTM A:653 standard. They are highly recommended for storage above 500MT capacities. For easy discharge, a sweep auger is also fixed inside the flat concrete bottom.
