Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is an enclosed bench specifically designed to avoid contamination of biological samples, PCR sample and any particle sensitive samples. Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is made of mild steel or stainless steel, ensuring a longer service life. Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is available in horizontal and vertical configuration. Laminar Air Flow Cabinet has a UV-C germicidal lamp, which sterilizes the cabinet and contents when not in use.

The instrument is provided with a pressure manometer which indicates the air pressure. A fully automatic dedicated microprocessor helps in monitoring all the functions of the LAMINAR AIR FLOW CABINET. The advanced microprocessor monitors the airflow in real time to prevent sample. A high quality membrane keypad permits control settings and access.
Construction : All Laminar Flow Clean Air cabinets are basically constructed with an outer body ot mild steel duly powder coated. The inner work table is made of stainless steel. The front of the cabinet is provided with motorised glass door which is very easy to use. The micro controller controls the ON/OFF for blower operation, UV germicidal light, fluorescent light, and mains. A high quality air velocity sensor helps in sensing the actual air flow in FPIVI. This microprocessor warns for any deviations in the air velocity from normal velocities.
Blower Motor Assembly : Dynamically balanced, direct drive highly efficient centrifugal blower to provide adequate air flow over the entire surface of HEPA filter. These are directly coupled to an in built motor and operate with minimum noise level i.e. lower than 65 db on scale and vibration less than 2.5 um. Air Flow and
Filtration : Laminar air Flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through pre filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP thus retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. |

This Class II Biological Safety Cabinet is suitable for product, personnel, and environmental protection in, clinical research centers and pharmaceutical laboratories. Biological Safety Cabinet is ensures bio safety levels 1, 2, or 3. Biological Safety Cabinet comes with motorized sliding shattered proof glass view screen, base stand, removable work tray, supply filter and HEPA filters. Biological Safety Cabinet can be either exhausted back into the room or outside the room.
