We have handled hydrotest pressure upto 515 kg cm2 and Tubesheet thickness of 535mm.

The Radar Antenna Frame is a very critical assembly of the Radar. It is manufactured within stringent dimensional and geometric tolerances as it houses the TR Modules, RF assembly & Antenna electronics. The structure is made of various grades of aluminium sheet metal & machined components to give stability and stiffness to the structure. The panel assembly consists of extensive solid riveting and blind riveting and is carried out by highly skilled manpower. Antenna Frames of size greater than 5m has been manufactured till date.

Our gasification group has been certified by most major process licensors in the world for manufacturing of their proprietary gasification equipment. These include Shell, Lurgi, CB&I (E-gas), GE and Siemens. Along with the gasification equipment, L&Ts gasification team also supplies various downstream equipment for filtration of the syngas produced during gasification. Static Transfer Switches (STS) change over from Normal supply to Alternate supply within 15 milliseconds upon failure from Normal supply. In the event of power restoration supply preference is given to the normal supply. Under voltage, over voltage, short circuit and overload protection is provided to STS.

HRC Fuse-link range is available in 14x51 Cylindrical, DIN and BS type, High breaking capacity: 80kA for Cylindrical & BS Type & 100kA for DIN Type, The complete range conforms to IS 13703 (Part 2) IEC 60269-2 standards, Let-through energy value of L&Ts fuse is extremely low; it leads to optimal selectivity for the cable size & downstream protection devices. Low power loss also leaded to low running cost & minimum heating. Fuse blown indication is available through a red pop-up indicator, Suitable fuse base & fuse pulling handle are also available.
