Laser Brazing  is a metal-joining process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint using Laser as a heat input, the filler metal having a lower melting point than the adjoining metal. Creation of smooth, impenetrable seams, which don’t require any rework after the brazing process Painting possible immediately after the brazing process Low heat input into the base material -> low deformation No destruction of the zinc coating High process speed Stable processes

Laser Hardening , with pre-define speed Laserline Fiber Coupled High Power Diode Laser beam moves on ferrous material (carbon contain >0.2 %) with the help of close loop feedback from Pyrometer which keep required temperature constant throughout. Constant temperature ensure material should get heated above austenitising temperature and cooled rapidly as laser moves away to give self-quenching effect which is prerequisite to get desire Marten site  (hard metal) structure.     Local surface hardening exactly where required Low distortion and no rework Short wavelength enabling superior absorption Close-loop temperature control Highest process efficiency of all laser types Extremely reliable for production processes

Laser cladding  System is a method of depositing material by which a powdered or wire feed stock material is melted and consolidated by use of a laser in order to coat part of a substrate or fabricate a near-net shape part (additive manufacturing technology).* It is often used to improve mechanical properties or increase corrosion resistance, repair worn out parts, and fabricate metal matrix composites. *   Laserline Germany Fiber Coupled Diode Laser advantages   Coating with low heat input Homogeneous microstructure of sound adhesion High process stability Robust, easily automated process High reliability in production Highest process efficiency of all laser types Almost all commercial metal powder are possible

Laser welding of materials can be realized by either Heat conduction or key hole/ deep penetration.   Heat Conduction Welding : laser beam with increased spot size and reduced energy density on material makes ratio between welding seam width to welding penetration >1. This means welding with shallow depth of penetration compared to bigger seam width. This kind of welding is ideal for wide joint with high welding seam quality which requires minimum post welding processing. Deep penetration welding : laser beam with smaller spot size and increased energy density interact with material gives smaller and deep welding seam. This is due to plasma pressure generated due to key hole generated in melting pool as a result of high laser intensity. The key hole welding leave its signature on seam geometry and requires post processing. Laserline Germany Fiber Coupled Diode Laser advantages Low thermal load and low distortion Smooth, regular and pore-free welding High process stability at high welding speeds Keyhole welding and heat conduction welding Reduced costs for investment and operation Highest reliability for serial production
