Colour Coating Introduction:
Coil coating is the most advanced techniques used in the continuous application of an organic coating on to a flat metal substrate in the coil form.In addition to the use of colour coating to provide colour, there is another reason to colour coated steel coil / sheets; namely additional corrosion protection. Colour coating gives improved product life
  1. Paint using for coating acting as barrier between the coating and moisture, oxygen and other corrosion including chemicals.
  2. Paint itself containing specific corrosion-inhibiting agent.
The products, which we are supplying, have been developed for architectural and constructional purposes and they provide ever more possibilities in the design of surface and shapes.The advantages offered Features of coating:The Coat-Two-Bake process consists of two steps of coating and baking following pretreatment. The first step is coating and Baking premier coat, and the second step is coating and baking top and back coat. The coating machines are horizontal coating machines.They are entirely built by GFG. This type of machine ensures and excellent coating provide that the incoming strip is tension leveled and skin passed, which are usual features for a painted strip. In this case, an excellent and uniform coating is achieved. Features of Oven functions:The prime and finish ovens are a catenary type. This type of oven offer a good contact of the strip on the applicator roll. Unlike floatation type ovens, no energy is required to support the strip.Furthermore there is no risk of strip vibration. These ovens are especially designed for Uniform heating of strip.
