This technology is the BENCHMARK for the industrys key quality demand for stable material during and after post processing by laser, plasma or water jet cutting methods. This technology can be deployed as part of a new cut-to-length line, a compliment to an existing cut-to-length line, or as a stand-alone process with the ability to enhance individual sheets. This process includes Herr-Voss Stamcos new state of the art controls, which provides operators with immediate feedback on the consistency of enhancement for all sheets processed. Enhanced Leveling Technology has also proven to be more operationally efficient than the alternatives while costing considerably less. Herr-Voss Stamco has now expanded its ELT Enhanced Leveling Technology capability to include gauge ranges from .500" down to .060 in thickness.

It has been thoroughly researched, tested and is operating in the USA and Korea. Acid recovery production on the one hand decreases the acid consumption specific yield, on the other hand it can obtain by-product of Ferric oxide. Ferric oxide with silicon is used for iron ore, and desiliconized ferric oxide is used for magnetic tape and soft magnetic material for computer. ARL can make a good profit.

During the galvanizing entry section or high temperature annealing, the oil or grease on the surface of the strip will affect the galvanized surface quality and conglutination of the strip. Degreasing & rinsing line is applied for removing oil, residual iron and other contamination on the strip, so as to control the value of the residual carbon and iron surface quality and cleanliness can be guaranteed, especially for the strip for automobile and household electric appliance. Electro-degreasing & Rinsing Line When the strip runs through alkali liquid tank, and the strip is set as anode or cathode through DC with reversal polarity, then gas is created on surface of the strip, which emulsifies the oil film and separate the oil from the strip surface It is provide by productivity practice that the processing of electrolytic degrease is better than alkali degrease in many sides, such as degreasing efficiency and quality.
