  • The cap feeder is placed besides the capping machine. It's separate height adjustments are given in the hopper to suit the different heights of the bottles. Auto-height settings are also available for perfect capping.

    • The cap feeder has a motorized height setting with Auto cut-off.

      If no caps are present in the chute, the machine stops with the indication of PLC The cap feeders are of various types based on the caps being handled - vibratory, dic, bowl, etc.
