A detailed study of the exact requirement, e.g. the equipment used for Storage, Size of the Pallets, Type of Pallets, Storage Products, etc., provides the basis for Pallet Rack Design. There are three basic components that make up the basic frame viz. Upright, Cross & Horizontal Bracings and the Load Beams. The Upright and Cross & Horizontal Bracings are bolted together to form the Upright Frame, hence as a user, there will be only two basic components the Upright and the Load Beams!

Manually operated by means of push / pull handles which you use to move mobile bases along the floor mounted tracks using your own steam. Mechanically assisted by means of multi ratio geared hand wheels, which are mounted at the end of each run of shelving which in turn are used to drive the Chains and Sprockets in the mobile bases along the floor mounted tracks making it extremely easy to move even the largest load. Electrically powered by means of a push button mounted at the end of each run which when pushed will automatically turn the high ratio gears which in turn drive the chains and wheels in the mobile bases along the floor mounted tracks with no real effort at all from the user.
