We have a major tie-up with one of the top dairy products manufacturer having a leading brand name in India. They are producing dairy products for over two decades. They have five automated dairy manufacturing and processing unit in South India. Their manufacturing units are designed to optimize food safety and manufacturing processes with high volume output. They are Food Safety Management System ISO 22000 – 2005 certified. This ISO 22000 certification is a new certification scheme which covers ISO 9001 (Management system certification) requirements and Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP - a systematic preventive approach to food safety (Hazards) certification requirements).
Our Cow Ghee contains 99.7 percent milk fat. Produced by melting fresh cream under hygienic conditions. Our cow ghee has the ideal golden yellow color, this color is due to the presence of natural carotene in cow milk. No artificial colors or flavors are added in our cow ghee. Our ghee has natural aroma and flavor of ghee is retained since ghee is produced directly from fresh cream instead of going in for melting stored butter. Our Cow ghee is used for making sweets, candies, chocolates etc. and commonly used for cooking in India. We have also separate ghee for Pooja.

Important Note : Cow ghee has to be kept in deep refrigeration to get longer shelf life. Keeping in -18 degree is good to go for upto 6 months.
