Two Stage Compressors are suitable for applications where air pressure is required upto 175 PSIG (12.3 kg/cm2g).They are sharp packages for use either as a total air system for small industrial installations or a backup system in major installation.
It has 2 cylinders named are low pressure cylinder and high pressure cylinder. The atmospheric air pulls into low pressure cylinder through inlet delivery valves and passes to high pressure cylinder through intercooler systems. The air is compressed and released through a discharge valve to the final destination air receiver tank.inone revolution of the crankshaft the complete two-stage cycle is completed.

This compressor is used on behalf of single stage compressors in gas compressor, vertical compressor. It is used for discharged and filter compressed air from compressor with dry cylinders and Teflon, graphite piston rings.

They are widely used as refrigerating units, vacuum processing units in different industries such as air blast, diesel generator starting by compressed air, circuit breaking, valve & system checking , laboratory test work, PET Industries etc.
High pressure Multi stage compressor should be in favor of either horizontally or vertically. However, horizontal units are easier to implant on the other hand, vertical compressors usually have a sma ler footprint. We supply this air compressor with two different kinds of power source, electric power and gasoline on which compression run on.
