If you receive a damaged product or Wrong product (ones different from the model that you have ordered online) M.Linku Sah Silks will take care for rectifying.

Seeking replacement/return of a product must inform M.Liku sah silksaree.com within seven days. Complaints received after that time will not be considered.

M.Linku Sah Silks only accepts product returns on damaged goods and wrong delivery of products.

We cannot entertain any other type of product returns/exchanges.

Damaged products/ wrongly delivered packages have to be returned with their Price Tag intact and should be in an unused condition.

Upon registration of your complaint, our representative will guide you on how to proceed with the product return.

If you receive damaged products, M.Linku Sah Silks will replace the same, once we have received the original product.

M.Linku Sah Silks have only rights to take decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the M.Liku sahsilksaree.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentines Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund/Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. (Please check Returns and Refunds section for details.
