No Foundations Required The MBW, portable weighbridge can be installed without civil works using the optional sub-bases, thus saving you lakhs of rupees in expensive foundations. The MBW can be installed on top of any pre-existing hard surface. The MBW ramps are partially built in to the weighbridge deck allowing for much smaller base ramps at just 1.5m this is a great advantage where space saving is an issue.
The MBW can also be used as a standard permanent weighbridge, plus utilising the optional sub-bases you can still save on expensive foundations.

The weight of the steel deck framework used to retain the ready mixed concrete is less than the equivalent full steel weighbridge and therefore the Concrete CC structure is relatively easy to manoeuvre into position, without the need for heavy duty cranes.
This steel frame (complete with reinforcing) is installed on site with dummy load cells and then in-filled with ready-mixed concrete. When this has cured, the stainless steel fully weld-sealed Double Ended Shear Beam (DESB) load cells are fitted in place of the dummies and the system calibrated. Such pour on site installations reduce the overall transportation carbon footprint and on site craneage requirements. The non-slip finish provides an excellent skid resistant surface.
This design of weighbridge is ideal for indoor installations where access is restricted for cranes. The Concrete Weighbridge CC can be supplied in custom sizes According to customer requirements (or) to be fitted into existing weighbridge pits.
