Our offered Product range includes Flexible Shaft Grinders, Pedestal Grinders, Precision Cylindrical Grinder, Bench Grinders and Abrasive Belt Grinders.
Flexible Shaft Grinders are widely used in fabrication workshops, foundries and heavy industries. It is very suitable for heavy and or lengthy jobs where it is not possible to lift the job or get the same close to the grinding machine. Machine is mounted on Castor Wheels and can be easily moved around close to the job.
The machine is fitted with excellent quality motor made from superior quality stamping and die cast rotors which are dynamically balanced minimizing vibration and ensures smooth running.
The flexible shaft grinders are supplied complete with one flexible shaft of 2 meter length, wheel guard and coarse grinding wheel.
Collet attachment for mounted point grinding wheels can also be supplied. The machine can also be used for polishing by attaching an buffing attachment which we can supply
Heavy Duty Double Ended Bench and Pedestal Grinders for Industrial use.
The machine is fitted with excellent quality motor made from superior quality stamping and die cast rotors, which are dynamically balanced. This helps in minimizing vibrations and smooth running is achieved. These robust machines are provided with two grinding wheels and adjustable tool rests. Eye shields for operators safety are also provided.
The Pedestal Grinder is available with following optional extra accessory:
a. Motorized coolant pump, tank, tray and fittings.
b. Water pot and machine lamp.
c. Heavy duty adjustable work table in lieu of standard tool rests.
d. Heavy duty motorized Dust Collecting unit with separate motor, blower, Pipe fittings and Tank.
These grinders are available from 0.5 HP to 3.0 HPcapacity motors with Grinding wheel size from 180mm to 400mm in diameter.
This is a high precision production tool room universal cylindrical grinder. The machine is made using quality casting stress relieved by vibration "Formula 62" and in normalizing oven. Some of the prominent features are as under: Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated.Assembly of precision bearings within dust free environment.Tail stock spindle acting in close tolerance & super finish bore.All rotating parts are dynamically balanced.Table & wheel slide faced with anti-friction material TURCITE-B.Independent lubrication system to the guide ways of table and grinding wheel head. The machine is supplied complete with standard accessories including all electricals, control panel, coolant pump with tank and splash guards, grinding wheel with flange dressing tool holder and set of spanners. The machine is available in various sizes: 400 grinding length x 130 center height in mm, and likewise 600 x 130 mm, 800 x 130 mm, 1000 x 155 mm & 1200 x 155 mm.This machine is available both in mechanical drive model as well as hydraulic drive. Many optional attachments are available such as internal grinding attachment, radius truing device, machine lamp, self centering chucks etc.
