Muffle Furnace
We are a renowned Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Muffle Furnace. Muffle Furnace is used for gravimetric analysis of organic substance and measurement of quantity for coal and time. We manufacture Muffle Furnace by using the high density ceramic wool as an insulator in order to maintain consistent temperature and minimal heat dissipation. Features :
  • Light weight with ceramic fiber wool insulation.
  • Triple walled with outer casting and inner wall made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. Sheet, duly painted.
  • Heating elements are made of Kanthal "A-1" Grade wire.
  • A viewing cap is also provided on the door.
  • Temperature control unit consists of microprocessor based Pid digital temperature indicator-cum-controller.
  • Auto-tune microprocessor based pid digital temperature indicator-cum-controller for higher temperature accuracy.
  • Available in three different working ranges with maximum working temperature range up-to 1150oC.
  • Temperature range upto 900oC. (Maximum 1000oC)
  • Temperature range upto 1000oC. (Maximum 1050oC)
  • Temperature range upto 1150 C. (maximum 1200 oC)
  • Overload safety cut-off provided as a standard feature.
  • Very suitable for various purpose like gravimetric analysis for organic substance and measurement of quantity for coal and time.
  • With the distinguished auto-tune digital pid controller, it provides precise control of temperature.
  • Highly efficient heater insulator in the chamber, it heats the materials uniformly
  • Reduced time of temperature climb.
