| Drum type Magnetic Separator is most useful for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity, for the purity of end products, recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery. These are widely used in all the processing industry for separation of iron contamination from Minerals, Chemicals, Food, Flour, Plastics, Grains, Sand, Cement, Fertilizers, Abrasives, Glass, Slag, Ores, Rock, Refractory and many other products. |

| Magnetic Grill (Drawer Type) can be fitted simply in existing pipe line or outlet of various equipments like Pulveriser, blenders or any other outlet location. In standard type each unit comprises to permanent magnetic grill mounted one above the other. System with multiple grill (Layer) are available for special application. The grill are easily removable for cleaning. |
| Rare Earth Magnetic Grills are manufactured for various types of Hoppers, Feed Holes etc. The Grills consists of Rare Earth Magnetic Rolls assembled in Single, Double or Multiple layers as required and can be supplied in square circular or any other shape & size to suit customer requirements. |

| The unit comprises of a centrally mounted magnetic rota, which incorporates numerous Easy Clean magnetic rods arrayed around its periphery. The number of rods utilised depends on the inlet and outlet size. | ||
| The magnetic rota assembly rotates, gently agitating the product being processed. It is this agitation that prevents blockages occurring. | ||
| All powders and granular type materials that are either dry or semi-dry can be processed through the unit such as starch etc. The Rota-Grid can be supplied to the most stringent of standards, such as required in the Pharmaceutical industry as shown below, fig A. | ||
| A lockable tamper proof cover plate is provided to ensure only Authorised personnel have access to the unit. |
