We offer a pedal operated rocker arm type Spot Welding Machine that is widely used in spot welding, electro-brazing, cross wire welding, resistance heating and soldering. The Spot Welding Machine is also capable of welding stainless steel, brass, phosphor, bronze, alloy steels, etc. Spot Welding Machine is not limited to general engineering work-shops but also used in makers of furniture, electrical instruments, containers, barrels and drums, telephone, radio communication devices, clocks, kitchenware, textile machinery and spares, automobiles, bicycles, motor-cycles, scooters, auto-ancillaries, toys, air conditioners, refrigerators, transformers, motor, switchgear, etc. Our Spot Welding Machine is heavily fabricated with streamlined appearance and is suitably stiffened at points of stress. The transformer is mounted directly on to the body and the bearings for the arm are provided in the same. Electrodes, electrode holders and arms require water to be free from residue forming impurities and at a temperature of less than 30oC. If water temperature is high, increased water flow is required. Additionally, one pair of morse Taper II straight electrodes is provided with our Spot Welding Machine.
