Three-in-one monoblock system combining bottle rinsing, liquid filling, and cap sealing. Suitable for filling water, juice, milk, edible oils, soft drinks, and other non-carbonated liquids. Available in different filling technologies including gravity, volumetric, and pump-based systems. Rinsing section uses bottle grippers and nozzles for internal washing with water or disinfectant. Filling system equipped with anti-drip nozzles for precise and clean dispensing. Automatic capping unit with cap elevator and torque-adjustable capping heads for reliable sealing. Compatible with PET, HDPE, or glass bottles in varying shapes and sizes. Output capacity ranges from 1000 to 24, 000 bottles per hour depending on model. Constructed with stainless steel (SS304 or SS316) for hygiene and corrosion resistance. PLC-based control panel with touchscreen HMI for real-time monitoring and easy operation. No-bottle-no-rinse, no-fill, and no-cap safety features ensure efficient production and prevent waste. Quick changeover design for different bottle sizes and caps.
