We are offering Laboratory Tergotometer of high quality. The “MLE” Laboratory Tergotometer is a versatile laboratory scale multiple washing machine which simulates the action of a domestic washing machine for testing of textile samples prior to any analysis for colour. The Laboratory Tergotometer is used for routine screening for foaming, dirt removal & softening; wash ability and color fastness of fabrics and other material; evaluation of the effectiveness of soap, detergents; optimisation of temperature, speed and water hardness parameters applicable to different detergent.

Details of Laboratory Tergotometer :

  • Temperature range : +10oC to +90 oC.
  • Construction : mild steel angle frame structure; CRCA sheet panels duly powder coated.
  • Inner working bath of stainless steel 304 quality.


Specifications :

  • The unit has six test vessels stainless steel 304 quality of 2500-3000 ml capacity.
  • Insulation : high quality thermal insulation to prevent heat loss from the water bath.
  • Temperature Control : microprocessor based pid temperature controller by soild state triac firing energy regulator to control water bath temperature.
  • Speed regulator : electronic 0-100% speed regulator for agitation with min. 50 & max. 150 rpm speed.
  • RPM indicator : electronic rpm indicator for speed control regulator display.
  • Timer : a run time meter in hour & minutes.
  • Water level device : electronic circuit with float switch for water level.
  • Water pump : special high pressure water pump for input of de-mineralised water for bath.
  • Safety : thermal expansion over temperature heat protection device.
  • Finish : dual tone finish.
  • Supply : 230 volt ac, 50 hz.
  • Optional : Refrigeration unit can be provided optional. Plain 316 stainless steel paddles.
