An installed capacity of 2500 MVA for transformers & 600000 nos of electronic energy meter meets our customer requirements within a short span of time.

Annual turnover for year 2016-17 is $19 million and the endeavor is to touch US$30 million turnover for year 2017-18.

Fabrication : In house facilities is created for tank manufacturing and are made with specialized TIG & MIG welding machines under supervision. High quality standards are obtained and each tank is tested for leakage & deformation to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Testing Facilities : : At Mahashakti all transformers are subject to all routine tests, in our sophisticated laboratory, confirming to latest national and international standard specifications. Mahashakti transformers are sent regularly for type test viz short circuit test, impulse voltage test and thermal ability test at approved government labs like ERDA, CPRI which confirms the design and quality of the product.

CRGO Annealing : CRGO Annealing : These strips are passed through an annealing process at 780 deg C to 820 deg C, to improve mechanical stresses which develop during cutting, punching and bending process. The magnetic properties of the CRGO are then regained.

CRGO Cutting and Slitting : : Mahashakti make transformers are made from prime grade CRGO silicon steel, imported from reputed manufacturers from around the world. With an in house slitting line, the coils are slatted into strips as per the design and specifications of the transformer.

Facilities : With best in house manufacturing facilities such as wire drawing, DPC, CRGO slitting, CRGO annealing, dehydrating electric ovens, winding machines, complete an overhead crane, we can produce best quality products. Mahashakti make products are manufactured by skilled worker under supervision of highly experienced and dedicated personals, creating a benchmark for itself in quality & reliability.
