Variable Nozzle Desuperheater are provided for accurate temperature control & Selection best on process parameters requirement. These are designed, engineered and manufactured in house which ensures high quality.

Fixed Nozzle Desuperheater:
  • The Simplest Design in De super heater family
  • Mainly used when the pressure difference between the main steam line and spray water is high
  • Inline type assembly for steam line size 6" NB and above
  • Mini cooler for steam line size up to 4"
  • Maximum Turn down 4:1

Variable Nozzle Desuperheater:
  • Best Design in Desuperheater family
  • Constant pressure drop across the nozzle
  • High turn down up to 20:1
  • Better downstream temperature control
