We offer Dry Fly Ash. Dry Fly ash export capacity 10000 MT per Month.Packing 1.4 MT in Jumbo bag.E. Quality: The fine fly ash from Thermal power plant confirms the quality standards of ASTM C618-05 & BS EN 450. Bagging Facility: Consists of 1 no. MS silo of capacity 100 MT with 4 Nos. Of bagging machines underneath, having a capacity to fill approx. 12 bagshrmachine of capacity 1.4 MT each bag. In house test certificate for the tests (fineness, moisture & LOI) carried out in APL’s laboratory shall be provided for each batch of fly ash jumbo bags.

Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag

We are supplier of quality Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag sourced from trusted manufacturers or vendors. Our Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is free from impurities and is used for adding in the concrete mixture along with the ordinary cement, aggregates and water. It can also be used as a direct substitute of OPC. It is used for making durable concrete structures when combined with ordinary Portland cement. Usage of GGBS along with OPC in concrete is recommended in BS 6699: 1986, ASTM C 989-1982 and IS 456- 2000. Also, it is possible to make GGBS and HVFA concretes of a desired strength at any given percentage of replacement of Portland cement. We offer GGBS in quality packaging, in bulk quantities and at nominal rates.   Benefits of Using GGBS in cement concrete : Provide higher resistance to chloride ingress by reducing risk of reinforcement corrosion and also Provide good workability and retain workability for longer times. Ground granulated slag can be replaced for 30 to 50 % cement for concrete making M20 to M60 grade .   Fresh concrete containing Ground Granulated Slag tends to required less energy for movement, this make it easier to place and compact, specially while pumping and when mechanical vibration is used. Improved workability, pumpability and compaction characteristics for concrete placement. Increased strength and Enhance durability Reduced permeability More chemically stable High resistanceto chloride penetration High resistance to sulphate and other chemicals due to reduction of Ca(OH)2 High resistance to corrosion . Alkalis are consumed in the concrete with slag during hydration process thus reduce Alkali Silika Reaction(High resistance to ASR) Very low heat of hydration Improved resistance to attack from fire Reduces lifetime construction cost Exhibit higher flextural strength for given level of compressive strength. Structural stiffness can be enhanced and load deflections minimised.   Experimental deta carried out for compressive strength of M20 to M60 grade concrete with various percentage of Ground Granulated Slag replacement of cement as under.
