Typical applications:Am Tech jacketed valves are especially used for media that might crystallize or seize and therefore must be influenced through additional heating or cooling. Design Features and Benefits:The welded jackets consisting of two shells reach from flange to flange and assure consistent valve heating or cooling of the process media to prevent crystallization or seizing of flow media. This applies especially to media like bitumen, liquid sulfur, resins, etc. In addition, the efficient flow of media is ensured through the elimination of pockets. Oil, steam, water, brine can be used as carrier for heating or cooling media. The special valve design allows the hydrostatic and pneumatic examination of the valve body prior to the jacket welding process. AMTECH offer pressure reducing valve with minimum tolerance of results .The valve can be operated by pneumatic diaphragm type, Spring & Diaphragm type neoprene rubber diaphragm with canvas reinforced , Viton Diaphragm and Silicon Diaphragm. All Pressure Reducing valves Pressure controller are in different range as requirement.The function of valve automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a constant lower outlet pressure.

Pressure Reducing Valve controls /maintains a pre -set - reduced downstream (outlet) pressureby causing the mainvalveto throttle and sustain the desired reducedpressureregardless of variations in demand and upstream (inlet) waterpressure.

There are two types of water/OIL/GAS/STEAM pressure reducing valves Diaphragm acting and pilot operated. Both types are using globe or angle style bodies. Pressure Reducing valves consist of globe-type bodies with a spring-loaded, heat-resistant diaphragm connected to the outlet of the valve that acts upon a spring. This spring holds a pre-set tension on the valve seat installed with a pressure equalizing mechanism for precise water pressure control.

AMTECH Tee/ "T" strainers designed to remove foreign particles from pipeline in process industry. Tee Type Strainers had a economy compare to basket / pot/bucket strainer to large nominal bore diameter has straining area . This strainer can be mounted into vertical or horizontal piping and can be configured for right-angled applications.
Tee strainers are supplied with fine to coarse or vice-versa filtrations to ensure that the system is running at the required cleanliness level in full load operation. Tee strainers are features either bolted cover or quick opening covers for application suitability. Tee strainers are used where a compact accessible strainers is needed for protection of pumps, valves and similar equipment.
