We are using the Internals of valves Stainless Steel 304 & 316 Grades as per the applications of valves. Our valves used in the highly corrosive applications and toxic media.The actuation of valve by pneumatic double acting and single acting actuator.The end connections are socket weld, screwed, butt weld, and flanged. We also mfg. Forged C.S.A-105 3 piece design Ball valves and all 2 way valves.The valves are mfg. from C.I., C.S, M.S.& FORGED CARBON STEELS S.S.-304, S.S.-316, HAST ALLOY-20, BRONZE.We manufacture valves from genuine guaranteed raw material with material test certificate , hydraulic test certificates , Mill TC 3.1.b available with all supply. Also , we can provide valves with third party inspection agencies.

Non-lubricated plug valves contain a polymeric body liner or a sleeve, which is installed in the body cavity. The tapered and polished plug acts like a wedge and presses the sleeve against the body. The nonmetallic sleeve reduces the friction between the plug and the body. Like for soft-seated ball valves, non-lubricated plug valves are limited by temperature and chemical compatibility of the non-metallic materials used. Non-lubricated plug valves are used instead of lubricated plug valves, where maintenance needs to be kept to a minimum. They can be used in special services (e.g. sulphur and hydrogen fluoride), since they do not have a body cavity in open communication with the flow when switching, where fouling liquids could be trapped or solidify, potentially jamming the valve. AMTECH offers Stainless steel -Y type Strainer -150# and 300# in SS 304/SS 316/SS 304L/SS 316L/Hastalloy/Dulex /Gun Metal/Brass/Any special graded Casting- Y type strainers for all industrial and water lines filter applications. Body of strainer is one pc design casting , strainer element is SS 304 or SS 316 or any suitable material and mesh size. We also provide double strainer element for fine filtrations. We have other filters like conical strainer and basket strainers etc. We can fabricate any special filter as per Drawing.We have Y strainer Sizes range from 1/2" to 12" in flanged end connections.

AMTECH unlined Diaphragm (also called membrane) valve is recommended for application solvents, chemicals, corrosive fluids etc. This valves provide tight shut off , primarily designed for on-off services. The Body material is CI, CS, SS 304, SS 316, SS304L , SS316L and valves are unlined are manufacture by us.The sizes of Valves are 1/2" to 10".
