AMTECH offers PTFE lined ball valves in FEP/FPA lining. Ball valves always bidirectional valves. The ball shaft in centre can be optionally connected to a pneumatic/electric actuator over an adapter or equipped with a manually operated lever. Ball is sealed in the PTFE lined body with exchangeable seat rings PTFE . The ball shaft is sealed with a maintenance-free. Fail-safe position Depending on the version of the single-acting rotary actuator, the ball valve has two fail-safe positions which become effective when the actuator is relieved of pressure as well as when the supply air fails: Control valve CLOSED without supply air The ball valve closes when the supply air fails when single acting actuator.But in Double acting actuator valves required air supply to pen and close valve each time. We have variety of materials of construction, two piece design valves, ASA 150#, PN10, PN 16.

AMTECH Foot Valves prevent the pump column from draining upon pump shutdown. Silent during operating and normally closed, the valve has a center-guided disc with a Buna-N seat to provide a drip tight seal.

AMTECH Flush Bottom tank valves are designed to provide drainage and dead space free shutoff for reactors, vessels and storage tanks. The dead space free shutoff is accomplished by placing the valve seat flush with the bottom of the vessel. This eliminates any buildup of product within the vessel nozzle itself. Advantage of Disc type is short stroke for open/close operation, this valves are also manufacture with jacket for semi solid /thick material need heated before it will flow easily.We also provide gear pneumatic cylinder/ electric motor operation.

AMTECH Pinch valve is suitable for corrosively liquors & slurries. The valves efficiently handles clear liquids or gases. when the valve is open, flow resistant is negligible. there is absolutely no possibility of chocking of pinch valves.

AMTECH manufacture angle type safety valve threaded or flange type in various materials for wafet/ air/ compressure/ vacuum system , and any other specific field for customer requirements. Angle Pattern, Enclosed Discharge, Screwed Male Threads at Inlet and Screwed Female Ends at Outlet to BS 21 OR bsp-MxF , npt-M x F design as well as flanged end design. We are providing soft seated and metal seated valves. The soft seat from rubber- viton /silicon / Teflon seated. We also prove Hard face in seat material like stellited ST6.

AMTECH inside Rubber lined Diaphragm (also called membrane ) valve is recommended for application involving slurries, fluids with suspended solids, corrosive fluids etc. This valves provide tight shut off , primarily designed for on-off services. The Body material is CI, , Sg iron , CS Lined and Unlined both types are manufacture by us. The Lined Diaphragm Valves are lined with Natural Rubber, Ebonite Rubber, Neoprene, Hypalon and customized rubber etc. we can do the Lining of other materials as per customer requirements.

There are two types of diaphragm valves: first one type seals over a "weir" (saddle) and the other (also called a "straight-way" valve) seals over a seat.The saddle-type valve has its two ports in line with each other on the opposite sides of the valve, whereas the seat-type has the in/out ports located at a 90 degree angle from one another. The saddle type is the most common in process applications and the seat-type is more commonly used as a tank bottom valve.

AMTECH DIAPGRAGM VALVE TC END with electric and pneumatic actuator is recommended for automation pharmaceutical , water treatment and other application. The Body material is SS 304, SS 316, SS304L , SS316L.These Tri clover end (TC end) with mirror finish and with diaphragm special grade for pharmaceutical. The sizes of Valves are 1/2" -2"
