Our offered Product range includes Continuous Fermenting Machine and Green Leaf Roasting Machine.
We have developed Continuous Fermenting Machines (CFM) to suit the needs of different clients under different conditions of operation globally. These CFMs are available as - a single or multi stage unit, horizontal or inclined or a combination of both.
Single-stage (up to 14 modules) machine.VFD / Mechanical Step pulley for change the residence time of the dhool.All drives with geared motor to ensure minimum loss of power.We can provide Zero-tracking mesh belt. This is an optional feature.Wash-in-Place (WIP) arrangement to clean the belt on the return circuit.Automatic control on Humidification system for meeting changes of temperature andhumidity.We can also provide a Steam Radiator with Actuators to raise the temperature of the fermenting bed, if necessary. This is an optional feature.
Continuous Roaster with option of injecting steam with the help of Mini Boiler.
