ASUs are used for starting aircraft engines equipped with pneumatic starter. It supplies necessary quantity of air at specified pressure through one/two or three hoses attached to the aircraft's under belly.


MAK design and manufacture ASUs from 100PPM to 400PPM (customized units can be made to order). MAK ASUs are under operation with major commercial airlines and military organizations across the globe. MAK has supplied custom designed ASUs for endurance testing of worlds largest aircraft engine GE90-115B.

An ACU is used for supplying cold / hot Air into a parked aircraft's to sustain comfortable temperatures for passengers in relation to ambient conditions. The output air travels via One/Two hoses connected to the aircraft's under belly.


MAK design and manufacture Air Conditioning Units from 5TR to 150TR. Standard models are 30TR, 60TR, 65TR, 70TR, 110TR & 140TR manufactured as per commercial aircraft specifications. Cable Wiring And Harness

We have been designing and manufacturing cable wiring & harness for our products since inception and we believe its our main forte , our experienced engineers shall design simple and easy to maintain wiring systems which are implemented on the product by our skilled workmen.


We excel at solving unique and difficult electrical interconnect problems for the aviation , defense , industrial and other markets.



Some products require complex wiring systems where cables would run for kilometers if stretched fully, our CWH shall bind all wires and cables in a single harness where possible and secure them from the effects of vibration , moisture and abrasion. We fit protective sleeves , conduits and flame retardant sleeves as required to prevent any sort of electrical fires. Upon completion of wiring kit it is tested using test boards.

Environmental Stress Screening

Environmental Stress screening (ESS) Lab of MAK Engineering services helps stimulates product's environmental operation condition and establish its operational behavior under these conditions. The product undergoes various environmental conditions like climate test , extreme thermal test , vibration test to name a few.



The product components are susceptible to stress inflicted on them by the environment in which they operate, we shall stimulate these conditions in our computer controlled environmental stress chambers where the components or product as a whole will be subjected to Thermal Cycles (constant or cyclic temperatures and with humidity).


We shall conduct these test with a prototype product at initial stage of production to protect the product from any environmental inflicted stress. In addition, we can provide failure trend analysis pertaining to environment stress to aid in product refinement.
