The V22  is a compact vertical machining center that’s ideal for making high-accuracy graphite electrodes used for machining small molds for mobile phones, digital camera components, IC molds, connectors and engineering plastics. The V56i  graphite machining center has a low-vibration, high-speed 40-taper spindle and Makino’s proprietary SGI.5 control for high-accuracy graphite machining. It can also be employed to dry-machine steel and castings.
