The F-Series vertical machining centers are designed to provide stiffness and rigidity for chatter-free cutting, agility for high-speed/hard-milling and accuracies for tight-tolerance blends and matches typical of complex, 3-D contoured geometry associated with die/mold and medical production. 

The compact V22 VMC delivers precision, accuracy and excellent stability for the machining of complex materials, including ceramics, intricate cores and cavities.

The V33i provides for high-speed machining of hardened steels with superb accuracies and surface finishes.

The V56i virtually eliminates the need to polish small and medium dies/molds, making it ideal for plastic molds and die-cast dies.

The V77, V99 and V99L vertical machining centers minimize thermal distortion for better part precision and higher-quality finishes on dies/molds. They can rough and finish hardened steel cavities/cores far more efficiently than general-purpose machines.

The GF6 and GF8 vertical machining centers implement FF machining for medium to large dies and molds. Their high-torque, high-speed spindles employ high-feedrates at shallow depths of cut to achieve high-efficiency milling.
