We offer (IQF) Frozen French Fries under the brand name of McFries. The main ingredients in our Frozen French Fries are potatoes and edible vegetable oil. Clients can avail Frozen French Fries at very reasonable prices from us. Cooking Instructions :
  • Thawing not required
  • Do not overcook
  • When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time
Deep Fry :
  • Preheat oil (McFries recommends a max. temp. of l75 oC)
  • Deep fry frozen McFries for approx. 3 minutes to a light golden color
  • Sprinkle some salt & serve immediately
Product Handling Tips :
  • Buy the product in good frozen condition
  • Transfer to the freezer compartment at the earliest
  • Cook from frozen
  • Thawing not required
  • Return unused product back to the freezer at the earliest
