Our Products
Generally made in accordance with SAEJ512 and designed for use with copper, brass, aluminum and welded steel hydraulic tubing and flared like S.A.E. 45flared fittings. A long nut is useful for excessive vibration. To make a connection, place the nut over the tubing, threaded end toward the tubing end to be flared. Flare tubing to create a 45flare. The tube flare is clamped between nut and flare seat of body when screwed together. When assembly is tightened with a wrench, a leak-proof metal-to-metal joint is created.
Recommended uses:copper, brass, aluminum and welded steel hydraulic tubing Working
temperatures:-65F to 250F
Material:Brass CA-360 (some steel)
Application:fuel and oil lines, automotive brake, LP and natural gas connections
Manufactured for low and medium pressure applications, they should not beused when excessive vibration or tube movement is experienced. Assembly does not require flaring or soldering. To make connection, place nut and then sleeve over tubing and insert tube into body of fitting as far as possible. When nut is tight the wedging action of sleeve between body and nut create a tight leak free connection
Recommended uses:copper, brass and aluminum tubing
Material:1) Bar Stock CA360
2) Forged CA377
Working pressure:dependent on temperature and type of tubing
Application:air, oil, water and natural gas line
