We are an established firm, having a Trusted name in Bhiwandi for all New Textile machinery and accessories since Year-1968 by the name "YOGESH SPAREPARTS".
Now the new generation company is called as "Manisha Overseas", which was initiated by our M.D. Mr. Hemnt Shah. Our business sector is mainly related to Cotton & Synthetic Plain Fabric Weaving Industry and related machinery.
We had brought huge quantity of Chinese Rapier machines with Tucking device for the FIRST-TIME ever in Bhiwandi and perhaps First in India too! This machines are specially developed to be used for making high-twist cotton yarn fabric. And our aim is to bring this to the people to utilise the same broadly.
Our mission is to bring new latest upgraded economical machines from China to manufacture cotton plain fabric and cotton jacquard design fabrics.
Plus, a wide range of fabrics such as Shirting, Suiting, Terry-Towel Fabrics, Warp Knitted Fabrics, Curtain Fabrics, Rain Wear Fabrics, and many more.
Our latest project is of Waterjet and Airjet machinery, which is now available in Bhiwandi for plain synthetic / texturize fabric development. Recently, we have made a collaboration with Surat based company viz. M/s. SHREEJI INT'L Inc. with the help of which we will be able to get support for technical staff as well as labour plus spares, etc. etc.
Our futuristic idea is that every weaver of Bhiwandi shall start Export directly from here to the World by using our latest upgraded machines!
