We worked closely with our farmers in the post-harvest processing of the cacao beans to develop these flavours, resulting in a truly unique and blissful signature chocolate!

Our darkest bar yet!The 85% Intense Dark Chocolate Bar is for the die-hard dark chocolate lover. This bar is sweetened with a minimal amount of organic cane sugar to balance the intense chocolate taste and to add a sweet caramel touch. It pairs well with salty foods and dry red wines; we personally love pairing it with blue cheese!

Taste drinking chocolate as it should be! Rich, pure and delicious, our chocolate blend is made from 100% organic cacao powder blended only with organic cane sugar. It retains the full bodied fruity flavour of the cacao beans, giving a delicious experience that is free from any chemical processing.
Can be consumed hot or cold.
Hot Chocolate:1 cup hot milk3-4 tbsp of Mason & Co drinking chocolate
Combine drinking chocolate with 1/4 cup of milk & stir quickly until mixture emulsifies. When foam starts to appear, add remaining milk.
Feeling adventurous? Add a punch of cinnamon, vanilla or salt.
Cold Chocolate:3 tbsp of Mason & Co drinking chocolate1.5 cups of milk1 scoop of chocolate ice-cream1 handful of iceBlend all ingredients for 10 seconds and serve chilled, topped with chocolate shavings.
