The 3-Way Plug Valves offered by us are quarter-turn rotational motion valves that are used for manualcontrolling, starting, stopping and diverting the flow in the pipe lines. These valves use cylindricalor tapered plug that is rotated to 90 during the operation. These heavy duty plug valves are used inindustries like food, pharma, paper, textiles and many more.
Technical specification: plug valve is a quarter turn manual valve that uses a tapered plug to permit or prevent straight -through flow through the body. The plug has a straight through opening. this opening is the same as the area of the inlet and outlet ports of the valve. Material construction: aisi 304, aisi 316 & aisi 316l. Available sizes: from 1 to 4 (25mm to 100 mm) in 2 ways or 3 ways. Way Plug Valve is used only as a Shutoff Valve Way Plug Valve may be used as a divert to change the flow direction or as a Shutoff Valve. Note:This is a special feature of this valve as most Divert Valves cannot be used as Shutoff Valves. Plug Valves are available with 17-4PH Stainless Steel plugs, or rubber plugs.
