Activated Alumina Balls (Air Dryers, Gas Dryers & Liquid Dryers) for thermo syphon filters. An aluminum oxide is resistant to thermal shock and abrasion. Highly porous with tremendous surface area, the Activated Alumina Balls do not swell, soften shrink nor disintegrate when immersed in water. Possessing higher capacity of water as compared to silica gel at elevated temperatures, Activated Alumina Ball acts as a desiccant / adsorbent for warm gases including air.
