Chip Trolley is designed to collect chips which are generated during processes and comes through conveyor. They are transported to scrap yard and remove from the bin by tilting it. Suitable mechanism is in-built to restrict the rotation when not required. Coolants are drain out through a ball cock valve provided at the bottom. A fine mesh is kept in between to restrict the chips to flow with coolant. 4" castor wheels, 2 nos. fixed and 2 nos. swivel with brake is provided to restrict the movement when not required

This trolley has been designed to protect the tool holders from moisture and dust. Tools are placed on a movable tray for storage and retrieval with a full length drawer with suitable partitions at the top. AluminIum checkered plate at the top for keeping tools and measuring instruments. Tool holders are kept in moulded ABS plastic pockets to avoid metal to metal contact. Two sturdy plastic handles are provided for easy handling. Overall dimensions are 875L x 520D x 755H + wheel. 4” castor wheel 2 nos. fixed and 2 nos. swivel with brake is provided.
