The Eon Microplate Spectrophotometer is the latest in BioTek line of high performance, high value microplate instruments. Eon s optical system allows wavelength selection between 200 and 999 nm in as little as 1 nm increments. No filters required for a new assay - Eon has it covered. Its easy to view the samples peak wavelengths - just run a quick spectral scan in the cuvette, or in a microplate well. Eon reads 6- to 384-well microplate formats, and offers an optional cuvette port. Eon offers BioTeks innovative 4-Zone temperature control system and takes it up a notch to 65C. The higher setpoint capability expands application possibilities without the need for other instrumentation. Eon comes with Gen5 v 2.0 and is compatible with Take3 Micro-Volume plates for 2 L measurements, as well as BioCell, and cuvette measurements. Eon is BioStack and 3rd party automation compatible.
