When high voltage is added to the electrode, glow discharge generates in the discharge tube and makes the gas molecules release laser. The marking software runs in WINDOWS platform and Chinese interface. It is compatible with the file formats of AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW and PHOTOSHOP, such as PLT, PCW, DIF, BMP, etc. It also can use SHK and TTF character libraries. Design graphs through computer. The operation is simple. The power is controlled by the software and adjustable.

The lamp pump YAG laser uses the krypton lamp as the energy source and Nd:YAG as the medium (working substance) that generates laser.
