Third Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant cascades utilization of waste gas from AQC cooler. Our Third Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant has two suction openings in the middle of the cooler instead of the original suction opening, one of them is 480-500 and the other one is 330-380. In our Third Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant, the high-temperature gas can increase the low-temperature steam from AQC and SP boilers to about 430, this process can improve the power generation by around 15-20% than the first process.

Second Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant that NKK China offer can absorb heat 380-400 and even higher. The outlet temperature of Second Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant is below 330º C. It sends the low-temperature superheated steam from SP boiler to AQC boiler. The heated steam will enter the turbine to generate power. This process can improve the power generation by around 8-10% than the first process. Our Second Generation Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant can be availed from us in both standardized and customized forms.
