Anode Cells is a flushable Anode Cell that was designed specifically for use in the Electrocoating Process. Its functions are to act as an opposing electrode to the product being painted and to remove the acid continuously released by the paint during the deposition process.

Inclined plate clarifiers of the water, ensuring that the incoming water is distributed uniformly in a radial manner in all the direction. This also provides maximum settling time causing efficient separation of settled particles from water. Collected particles gradually travel down the through the slope forming sludge. The sludge is scrapped of by a scrapper bridge provided. The clear water overflow via a lauder provided at the top portion.

These separators provide an excellent method for removing dirt, sand, silt, precipitates and suspended solids from a variety of process fluids. Equipped with a removable dome the interior of the separator can easily be accessed for inspection.

Trivalent passivation is required to provide corrosion protection; for this purpose chromium passivation is used. The life of trivalent chrome passivation bath is reduced with respect to the accumulation of iron and zinc impurities resulting from the processed parts.It is possible to purify the bath by removing the metallic ions as the recovered bath can be recycled back in to the process.
