Aluminium Extrusion Business is our newly started venture, encompasses in addition to Alloy Ingot, Rolled products and Billet. Metenere Ltd. has commissioned new Extrusion Presses of 900 t and 1800 t of latest technology to maintain tight tolerances and excellent aesthetics at competitive prices.
Metenere Ltd. has in house billet casting facility with installed capacity of 5000 tons per month, which helps us in maintaining the desired profile quality.
Metenere Ltd. has in-house designing and manufacturing facility of making more than 50 dies per month. The company endeavours to provide superior customer services, new product development is an important element in the companys efforts to meet the requirements of customers.
The Company offers a wide range of aluminium alloys of 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx and 6xxx series to suit different requirements according to profiles applications. Our products are of international standards and are meeting imperative alloying compositions and its properties.
Metenere Ltd. manufactures standard and custom made aluminium extrusions with maximum width of 215mm for solid profiles and upto 150mm for hollow profiles, up to 7.5 m length, used for different applications in various segments like road transport, electrical, electronics, textiles, machinery, pneumatics, modular offices, kitchen furniture, automotive, heat transfer, architecture, hardware and many other applications where aluminiums versatile properties have made it the preferred choice over other materials.
We have a state-of-the-art Aluminium rolling mill with automatic flatness and shape control equipment which is equipped to produce superior quality ofAluminium Flat Rolled Productsat our manufacturing facility atDamtal (Himachal Pradesh, India). Manufacturing practices and quality standards are being maintained as per requirements of technologically advanced industrial segments globally. The facility has downstream equipment like Tension Leveller, Colour coating line slittingand blanking line to supply quality products catering to various end use segments.

Metenere Ltd. is one of the few foil manufacturers having continuous casters and cold rolling mill making own foil stock, thus providing end to end products with benefits of the very best quality and assured supplies, backed by a vastly experienced and skilled team to cater to your stringent requirements. The Foil business operates from Damtal. The annual Capacity is 30000 MT per annum, both bare as well as converted.
