Diamond wire saw machine is used for cutting marble blocks for mines. Wire saw machine cuts the block at faster rate ranging from 5 mt to 17 mt / hour there by saving time in production of blocks and hence profitability of mines increases. The blocks could by cut in various sizes maximum upto 20' x 60', there by wastage is reduced to minimum and profitability of mines increased. The salient feature of Wire saw machines are as under.

Block can be cut at desired angle i.e., Vertical, Horizontal or inclined
Blocks size upto 20' x 30' can be cut. Gurder fitted pattley and Jib made of M.S Gurder 10" x 5" -32" length fitted with pulley complete crane without wore rope.
3 Nos. railing of 6" each are provided for movement of machine. (Additional railings can be used if required).
Control panel for the operations of wire saw machine is provided.
Models available in 20 HP, 30 HP & 40 HP.
Power required : Main Motor - 20 HP/ 30 HP/ 40 HP DC Motor - 1 hP water pump - 2HP / 3HP
