Features:

  • Made generally as per IS: 2554, Standard Angle Plates are webbed and provided with cored slots on both working faces to facilitate clamping.
  • Made from close grained plain cast iron conforming to grade FG 220 of IS:210 (equivalent to GG20/FT20/30-A). Higher grades also offered on request.
  • Casting stress relieved to relieve internal stresses. Smaller sizes offered with Grades 1 accuracies and larger sizes offered in Grade 2 accuracies.
  •  Hand scraped surface finish for Grade-1. Finish machined / rough ground surface finish for Grade 2 accuracy.
  • Vertical face also provided with machined T-slots and the base / table face is having cored slots. Other constructional features are similar to those in case of standard angle plates as per IS: 2554.
  • Squareness tolerances are as shown in table. Other tolerances are generally as per IS: 2554. Higher tolerances for squareness as well as for T-slot can be offered upon request.
  • Standard sizes, respective T-slot details and squareness tolerances are as stated in table.
  • Special Angle Plate in large sizes can be offered upon request, with accuracies as per DIN: 875.

Features:

  • Cored and cross ribbed construction, made from close grained plain cast iron Grade – FG:200-IS:210 , having hardness within 160-220 HB. Also offered in higher grades of casting upon request.
  • Offered in varied heights viz. 150, 175, 250, 300, 350, 400 mm depending upon the load condition to be specified by the user.
  • Rough scraped or fine hand scraped surface finish as may be necessary to obtain desired flatness accuracy or as specified by the buyer.
  • Normally provided with longitudinally machined clamping type fixing T-slots sizes 14, 18, 22, 28, 36 or 42 mm conforming to IS:2013 / DIN 650 having H12 tolerance. Guiding T-slots with H7/H8 tolerance can be provided.
  • Flatness accuracies offered in Grade I, II or III as per IS 10602 and DIN-876.
  •  Flatness accuracies measured using precision level for high precision applications, can be offered at extra cost. NABL certificate provided at extra of cost.
  •  Multiple plates of size 10x 10 meters can also be offered using standard floor plate of size 5000x2000 similarly using a way of face matching.
  • Supplied with suitable arrangement for leveling from top side of plate . Plates will vbe supplied with leveling screws and grouting bolts.
  • Special work mounting and locating features like mounting and positioning holes, scribe lines, grooves, one T-slot can also be offered upon request.
